TENANTS (Residential Properties)

An application fee is payable to Tassi Lettings by each applicant, prior to us commencing referencing or credit checks. The relevant forms will be forwarded to each applicant individually, for quick completion online. Under normal circumstances, three years worth of previous addresses, plus current/previous landlord details, along with employers details are required.

A Guarantor will be required if the tenant(s) annual income is not the equivalent of 30 times the monthly rent. The Guarantor must be a UK resident and earning an annual income of at least 36 times the monthly rent. They too be fully referenced and credit checked, as above.

Regrettably, bad credit including CCJ’s, /IVA’s and bankruptcies will result in an automatic fail. The progression of a proposed tenancy is then at the discretion of the landlord.

TENANTS (Student Properties)

Application fees are payable at the point of application and are non-refundable. Guarantors are required for all students, (with the exception being only in cases where rent for the entire period of the tenancy is paid in advance). The deposit is payable within four weeks of the initial application and is then retained as a holding deposit until the commencement of the tenancy.

TENANT APPLICATION FEES

  • One applicant - £240.00 including VAT
  • Two applicants - £360.00 including VAT (Additional Tenants Thereafter - £120 including VAT)
  • Guarantor - £75.00 including VAT
  • Check out - £99.00 including VAT

Application fees are non-refundable.
