Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) – Legally required when selling a property, and valid for ten years. If you don’t currently have an EPC, don’t worry, we can help you to arrange for one to be completed.

Internet Presence – All of available properties can be found on our website www.tassisalesandlettings.co.uk, and on the most popular property portals, ensuring maximum marketing exposure 24 hours a day.

Accompanied Viewings – Our knowledgeable and professional staff will aim to carry out the majority of viewings at your property.

Post Viewing Feedback – Our team will endeavour to provide you with viewing feedback within 24 to 48 hours of the viewing (taking the day of viewing into consideration).

Regular Updates – The Tassi Sales & Lettings team will provide regular updates by email, and telephone. We will ensure we keep you up to speed with the progress of your property transaction, with market conditions, and any other useful information.
